A traditional paella cooked by modern chefs with locally sourced fresh ingredients. All paellas are cooked in a soffritto base, flavoured with saffron, paprika and garlic. We cook fresh onsite for your guests to enjoy.

Our paella is made from a base of fresh cooked soffritto, made up of finely diced onion, garlic, celery, carrot, saffron, fresh herbs, paprika and stock.

All paellas are served with a salsa verde (lemon and herb), mojo picon (capsicum, chilli) and fresh cut lemon.

Dishes are prepared and served onsite fresh, unless a pre-cooked menu is requested.
